The programme is open to students between 16 and 30 years old who are attending Hotel & Catering schools/universities or have a Hotel & Catering diploma/degree. Previous experience and a good level of English are preferred. Additionally, knowledge of another language is a plus.

To apply, fill out the application form provided by Aristos and email it to topclass@etninternational.com at least one month before your desired work placement start date.

Internships in the Top Class Programme last between 1 and 6 months.

Internship positions are available in various sectors, including restaurant, kitchen, bar, housekeeping, animation, and reception. English proficiency is required for reception positions.

You should provide a valid European Health Insurance Card (or similar insurance) for the entire period, accident and liability insurance, and a visa (for students from outside the EU).

Interns will receive a monthly pocket-money ranging from a minimum of €400 to a maximum of €600, depending on the hotel, working hours, and trainee tasks.

Interns will work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Free days are usually not during weekends.

The hotels will provide full board accommodation for trainees. Interns will be accommodated either within the hotel or in staff apartments with shared rooms.

Yes, the hotel will issue a final certificate, and Aristos will also provide a work placement certificate upon completion of the internship.

The sending organisation must cover travel costs, accident & liability insurance costs, and administration and monitoring costs. The total cost for organising and monitoring the internship varies based on the duration, ranging from €400 for a 3-month internship to €550 for a 6-month internship.
